Meet Chef Sebastian Silbereis

After studying classical cuisine and techniques, Sebastian truly honed his skills while exploring the world. It was during his travels to Istanbul, Budapest, Florence, and Palavas-les-Flots that he began to understand that food should be simple, fresh, and delicious.

Sebastian has previously worked at fine dining restaurants such as Pacific Rim, Radius10, Capitol Grille at the Hermitage Hotel, and the Opryland Hotel & Convention Center in Nashville. Through these experiences, he not only continued to develop his skills, but his own style of cooking using fresh, local, and sustainably-sourced ingredients.

As he learned from his grandmother, Sebastian believes food doesn't have to be complicated. It should be beautiful and above all else, taste amazing.
